Except as set out in this agreement when purchasing, all sales are final. No exchanges, returns, or refunds will be provided for buyer's remorse. Disputed charges/returned(refused) deliveries will be counter disputed. In this event the item will be returned to you, or you will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. We stand by everything we sell and aim to keep our customers satisfied, therefore, will take responsibility for any issues of our doing. You must contact us about any damaged/defective items within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a resolution of the issue. We offer multiple solutions when there is an issue with an order.
