Refunds are subject to 30% restock fee unless approved as defective/warranty item.
-To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and UNOPENED in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Except as set out in this agreement when purchasing, all sales are final. No exchanges, returns, or refunds will be provided for buyer's remorse. Disputed charges/returned(refused) deliveries will be counter disputed. In this event the item will be returned to you, or you will be subject to 30% restock fee. We stand by everything we sell and aim to keep our customers satisfied, therefore, will take responsibility for any issues of our doing. You must contact us about any damaged/defective items within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a resolution of the issue. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We offer multiple solutions when there is an issue with an order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please ship your product UPS or Fedex. We do not accept USPS as a valid shipping option as they do not properly insure or guarantee delivery of packages.
*** Please Note: ALL processed sales incur a 5% processing fee. This fee is NOT refundable in any circumstance, whether the product has shipped or not (this includes backordered items whether listed or not) ***

No Processed Orders will be 100% refunded. We are charged a processing fee for orders which is not refundable to us and therefore will not be to you the customer, if your order has not shipped, we will subtract this 5% fee from any refund which includes the processing fee for original sale and processing fee for the return of payment.
***All shipments need to be opened within 3 days of delivery to confirm contents of goods. Any concerns after 3 days of delivery will not be the responsibility of Coyotes Truck Parts ***
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Items cannot be deemed defective due to installer error. All items are recommended to be taken to a reputable installer.
If you would like to process a request for a return, please submit this via email to coyotef1502016@outlook.com. In this email, please provide your order number and a detailed explanation for the request as long as any applicable pictures if necessary. Please allow 3-5 business days for this request to be reviewed. Once reviewed we will follow up advising whether the return can be accepted. If accepted, we will provide further instructions on how to do so. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will provide an applicable return address when approved.
